Nights of Service In Eagle Pass

For those of you who are following this blog, the Lord has asked me to share his message with his church. In today's Gospel we saw a continuation of the first shall be last and sent away with embarrassment while those who are last shall be brought to the best table by the Lord. As I was driving back from Eagle Pass this weekend our Lord kept giving bursts of the message of service. In prayer he tells me, "tell my sheep that I want them to serve me." I think this is imperative because while the Gospel spoke of this message we as Catholics more over Christians should take this message and make it the focus of our lives. The question of how can i help you, in terms of helping in anyway our fellow Christians, is most relevant as well as the point of how does the Lord want me to help others in my Family, Church, etc. Along the highway back from Eagle Pass, Texas this theme of service kept going through my thoughts. As a person in study for the Diaconate and also having a vocation in the married life, i cant help it wonder have i served my wife, children and most importantly my Lord Jesus Christ well? Certainly there have been some high movements where i feel that yes, I have served well and there are other times where I feel that I have failed. Regardless, our lives as Catholic Christians are judged in the end by not faith alone but by works and as we continue this journey faith it is our responsibility to execute a service to our Lord in all facets of our lives. Just some though this week.......

The Church is Alive/ La Iglesia esta Viva

From humble beginnings to a brighter future the PNCC is alive and well in Texas. We are underway with three humble but strong parishes in Texas. Each one of our parishes with its own uniqueness and service to our Lord Jesus Christ. It must certainly be noted that as our Church continues to grow that we carry the spirit of the first Polish immigrants who identified with the mission of "Through truth, work, and struggle we shall grow together as a church."

Espanol:

Spiritual Retreat To Dallas-"Somos Iglesia"

In the spirit of brotherly love, this weekend I had the honor of being invited to Our Lady of Fatima Parish in Dallas, Texas to participate in a spiritual retreat that the PNCC Parish entitled "Somos Iglesia" or We Are the Church. This was significant event for me because it showed how it is through us as the people of God are each called to service within the church. Our PNCC openly embraces this spirit of "Truth, Work and Strugle," and it is with this same spirit that I would like to begin this blog. I thank our Lord that he has continued to bless our beloved PNCC in the Texas region with significant growth in our Parishes in this part of the United States. I pray that with the help of our Lord Jesus Christ that our Polish National Catholic Church will continue to grow and continue in the spirit that we all are a part of the Church. After all, " Somos Iglesia"
